Since 2021, 2nd Dynasty has produced classic Traveller starships and miniatures for 3D printing under license. When the custodianship of the Traveller license moved over to Mongoose Publishing in early 2024, we had the opportunity to tie our Traveller line into Mongoose Publishing’s Fifth Frontier War campaign series.
Once again we made a successful Kickstarter campaign, this time focusing on the troops doing the fighting and the Flashpoint Travellers caught in the crossfire! During the campaign a lot of stretch goals where met and we could release more than 90 brand new 28mm character miniatures as well as ten new vehicles (click here if you want to know more about these), based on the Mongoose art from the Fifth Frontier War. The STL files are 28mm scale, however the STL files can easily be rescaled and printed in a wide variety of common scales.
The Troops
The troops mentioned earlier are of course the Imperial Marine and Zhodani Infantry forces. The imperial troop includes female and male marine grunts as well as marines in heavy combat armour. The Zhodani troop includes male and female grunts, officer and also heavy armoured infantry.

The Flashpoint Travellers are four heroic characters whom we named Elara, Korrik, Maris and Lucian, and in the 2nd Dynasty fashion, they come in multiple poses for each character:
