When you purchase any 2nd Dynasty 3D model file (STL, OBJ, 3MF, or other formats) through Kickstarter, MyMiniFactory, Drivethrurpg, or similar sites, you receive an exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial printing license.
What You Can Do (Permitted Uses)
- Print unlimited copies of any 2nd Dynasty 3D model file you own on your personal 3D printer for your own use
- Order unlimited prints from third-party 3D printing services for your own use
What You Cannot Do
(Not Permitted Uses)
- Sell the 3D model files themselves
- Sell physical prints for profit
- Redistribute or share the 3D model files with others
- Modify the files without written permission from 2nd Dynasty
- Use any 2nd Dynasty 3D model files, images, renders, or other assets as training data, input, or reference material for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI systems, including but not limited to image generators, 3D model generators, text-to-image models, or similar tools
If You Want to Sell Prints (Commercial License)
Commercial licenses are an extended version of the non-commercial printing licenses standard with a purchase of 2nd Dynasty STL files that allow limited for profit printing and distribution.
We now offer a monthly service that allows interested parties in extending their non-commercial license to a limited commercial license.
Becoming a commercial license patron means that for every month you remain subscribed, you have a legal right to commercially print and sell any of our designs that you have previously bought a non-commercial version of for the duration.
In addition to the commercial license to print and sell for any month, you will also get a discount on our products on My Mini Factory. These codes allow a 25% discount.

- 3D Print and sell our items for commercial purposes
What You Cannot Do

- Create moulds to mass-produce 2nd Dynasty designs, without express written permission
- Redistribute STL files or sell STL files in any way shape or form
- Modify STL files without written permission
- Mass produce our items
- Use any 2nd Dynasty 3D model files, images, renders, or other assets as training data, input, or reference material for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI systems, including but not limited to image generators, 3D model generators, text-to-image models, or similar tools

Commercial Licenses and Traveller
We have negotiated with Far Future Enterprises to include an option to expand the non-commercial license to a commercial Traveller license with our Traveller Type S crowdfunding campaign on My Mini Factory.com.
You can purchase this as a standalone add-on here, each license is only valid in the year purchased. You must still own the STL files as a private customer in order to extend this license.
