Sleipnir

Sleipnir

The Sleipnir premiered with the Starship V Kickstarter which launched in September, 2020.

In 2025 Sleipnir has been completely updated to our current standards, with parts redesigned for maximum support-free printability. All versions of the original Sleipnir are getting many of the benefits as a free update, with improved, support-free printing, but the Sleipnir Refit premiering in the Aesir Fleet campaign is a complete ground-up rebuild.

Unlike our previous ships, the Sleipnir is strongly influenced by Buck Rogers and the 25th Century and the Expanse. A vertical rocket ship, it is designed without artificial gravity in mind, and works very well on the game table, since it is easily stacked deck by deck.

The ship towers on your table, but the vertical design makes it fairly easy to store. It has almost the same internal volume as the Chimera, but is much easier to print and assemble, made up of over 95% new parts.
