Since the start of 2021, 2nd Dynasty has had an official license to produce 3D printable objects from the venerable Traveller Role Playing Game universe. In close partnership with Marc Miller himself of Far Future Enterprises we worked to ensure that we acted as reverent custodians of the Traveller license.
During the years we have released classic Traveller starships in glorious, highly detailed 28mm (1:60) scale, tactical ship miniatures for ship to ship combat, and crew scale miniatures based on iconic Traveller designs to the 3D printable market.
The completed Type S which launched July 9th, 2021 to great success
In 2021 had two successful Traveller Kickstarter campaigns. First the launch of the type S Scout Courier and later the same year the Traveller RPG Starship Miniatures campaign.
The core pledge in the Traveller RPG Starship Miniatures campaign included seven ships. All and all 26 ships and their tactical equivalence where released as a result of the campaign.
In 2022 the Type A Free Trader Beowulf launched with a Kickstarter campaign and the year after we launched Traveller Small Craft, also at Kickstarter.

When the custodianship of the Traveller license moved over to Mongoose Publishing in early 2024, we had the opportunity to tie our Traveller line into Mongoose Publishing’s Fifth Frontier War campaign series.
In september 2024 we launched our fifth Traveller campaign, and for the first time we were able to offer designs tied to Mongoose Traveller art, starting with the Fifth Frontier War, including the forces of the Zhodani Consulate and Third Imperium! And, as you know us, we also released a bunch of additional characters as well as vehicles from the Fitfh Frontier War universe.
Our Fifth Frontier War Kickstarter Campaign was our fifth Traveller all together but first campaign tied to Mongoose Publishing’s series with the same name.
